i did some peer reviews last night... i started at around 1am and finished around 3am.
needless to say i was really annoyed by the fact that they took so long to do. the first one took 1.5 hrs because i had to fix grammatical errors and sentence structure and punctuation and some spelling.

i am not a great writer but i at least know a little bit about a little bit and i can't fathom how you can get into a university with poor writing skills.

apparently my standards are set too high. my friend from french class, amelia, warned me that it gets better. the, shall we say, less intelligent people fail out (or become smarter and up to speed with the rest) of college. this is refreshing... am i a bad person for talking like this?! quite possibly. but really, what do i know? i don't use proper english in things like this but i figure i don't have to in a blog...
