los angeles in the flesh

so i've been enjoying the vacation from life here in los angeles -- having nothing to do is quite amazing.

so since this conference is small, we can get a lot done. we've "solved" one crisis and we're in the middle of figuring out another. i think it'd be kind of fun to host a conference. perhaps we will? i really hope so.

we found this restaurant a few blocks from our hotel called the LAX International and the owner of the restaurant was once apart of the united nations and actually started habitat for humanities -- what the heck!? that is too exciting for life.
he's really, really nice. we went there twice yesterday and the food is great.

i don't have anything else to say, really.
